Strata Reversed Phase
- Condition: 1 mL Methanol
- Equilibrate: 1 mL DI Water
- Load: Pretreated sample
- Wash: 1 mL 5% Methanol in DI Water, dry under vacuum for 2-5 min
- Elute: 1 mL Methanol
