Understanding Oligonucleotides & Nucleic Acid Based Bioanalytical Workflows

This webinar provides a foundational overview of sample enrichment approaches and LC analysis workflows for oligonucleotides, DNA, and RNA-based therapeutic molecules.
We will start by exploring the molecular structure and challenges associated with these molecules and learn about the various chromatographic techniques for their comprehensive characterization.
The session will cover the practical approaches for sample preparation and selectivity optimization for gaining higher sensitivity and efficiency in LC-MS/MS methods. Attendees will gain insight into how the method development and optimization approaches can be applied across a variety of DNA and RNA-based molecules for solving the prevalent bioanalytical challenges.
