More than an online marketplace
Behind LabRulez Marketplace stands our own service and technology center in Prague, at the heart of Europe.
The story began with only a few HPLC systems. Today, the approximately 400 m² facility houses hundreds of analytical instruments, modules, and systems, together with thousands of spare parts and consumables, with further expansion planned.
Selected instruments can be:
- inspected,
- technically assessed,
- tested,
- demonstrated in practice,
- and, in selected cases, rented.
Depending on the project, we can also support customers with system configuration, transportation, installation, warranty, service, and long-term technical support.
We work with technologies from leading manufacturers including Agilent Technologies, Waters, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Shimadzu, SCIEX, and many others.

Spare parts and accessories
A major part of the service center is dedicated to new, refurbished, and professionally tested spare parts.
These include, for example:
- pumps and pump assemblies,
- valves,
- autosampler components,
- detectors,
- ion sources,
- vacuum components,
- electronic and control boards,
- sample-introduction components,
- ion optics,
- mechanical components and accessories.
Professionally tested spare parts are supplied with a standard three-month warranty. Many additional components can also be sourced on request from the instruments and modules held in stock at the service center.
