Thermo Scientific TRACE 1310 GC Analyzers for Dissolved Gases

Automate the analysis of dissolved gases in transformer insulating oils using the Thermo Scientific™ TRACE™ GC for Dissoved Gases. This gas chromatography system is based on the robust and reliable Thermo Scientific™ TRACE™ 1310 series gas chromatograph. 

It includes all of the components required to measure gas samples from transformer oil and is fully compliant with ASTM D3612 Method A or C. The system is delivered pre-configured and tested to enable fast startup and commissioning. Documentation includes startup procedures, troubleshooting guide, instrument method, and recommended spare parts.

  • Enables analysis of samples from vacuum extraction via manual gas-tight syringe or automated headspace sampling systems
  • Features Instant Connect detector modules, which increase uptime by enabling detector exchange in minutes
  • Offers optional third isothermal oven for molecular sieve columns

  • Features spacious independent valve oven with easy access to valves, rotors, and actuators
