Thermo Scientific ESI prepFAST Automated Inline Dilution Systems are automated sample preparation solutions designed to improve laboratory productivity in ICP-OES and ICP-MS analysis. The systems combine an ESI DX autosampler, high-throughput FAST technology, and a high-precision syringe module for automated inline dilution of calibration standards and samples.
ESI prepFAST systems provide high-precision dilution with factors ranging from 1 to 400, automated calibration standard preparation, syringe-driven internal standard addition, and high-speed washout. Intelligent autodilution enables automatic dilution and reanalysis of samples exceeding the calibration range or containing high matrix concentrations, reducing manual intervention and improving laboratory efficiency.
The systems are controlled through a fully integrated software plugin within Thermo Scientific Qtegra™ Intelligent Scientific Data Solution™ (ISDS) Software.
