KLOW (GHK or GHK-Cu / TB-500 / BPC-157 / KPV) Analysis

The KLOW Analysis is a targeted laboratory test designed to confirm the identity and determine the amount of GHK or GHK-Cu, TB-500, BPC-157, and KPV in a peptide blend.

The analysis is intended for lyophilised KLOW samples and is performed by HPLC, with results reported in milligrams per vial. Peptide purity cannot be determined in peptide blends because impurities from the individual components may overlap during analysis.

About the Analyzed Peptides

GHK is the tripeptide Gly-His-Lys, while GHK-Cu is its copper complex. Both forms have been investigated in connection with tissue remodeling and wound-healing processes.

TB-500 is associated with an N-terminal acetylated fragment of thymosin β4, while BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide investigated primarily in preclinical models of tissue repair. KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) is the C-terminal tripeptide of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH) and has been studied for its anti-inflammatory properties.

Important Notice

  • Peptide purity cannot be determined in this blend because impurities from the individual peptides may overlap and cannot be reliably distinguished from one another.
  • This analysis is specifically intended for KLOW blends containing GHK or GHK-Cu, TB-500, BPC-157, and KPV. It does not automatically screen the sample for other peptides, related compounds, contaminants, or undeclared substances.
  • For analysis, one whole unopened vial containing lyophilisate is required.
