TRAINING COURSE DESCRIPTION

QTRAP vs QTOF qualitative analysis - the training is aimed at people who perform analyses related to substance identification or metabolite search in their research work. The training includes a presentation of the basic differences in application and a comparison of the capabilities of QTRAP and QTOF instruments in qualitative analysis. In addition to the theoretical session, participants will undergo a course in the development and optimization of DDA (IDA) (QTRAP & QTOF) and DIA (SWATH) (QTOF) methods. Analysis and comparison of results will be conducted using SciexOS, MarkerView, LightSight and MoleculeProfiler software.
