This role involves defining the product vision and strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure market success. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&amp;D, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.</p><h4><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></h4><ul><li>Manage assigned products through the entire lifecycle—from concept to end-of-life.</li><li>Conduct customer and market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.</li><li>Define product requirements, specifications, and positioning strategies.</li><li>Develop and maintain product roadmaps, pricing models, go to market planning and promotional plans.</li><li>Collaborate with R&amp;D on cross-functional product development initiatives.</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to Associate Product Managers.</li><li>Prepare and maintain sales tools, training materials, and product documentation.</li><li>Monitor product performance metrics including margins, ROI, and market trends.</li><li>Support global sales teams with product training and customer engagement.</li><li>Investigate and resolve product quality issues and customer complaints.</li><li>Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits.</li><li>Serve on technical committees to actively contribute, review and vote on industry standards.&nbsp;</li></ul><h4><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></h4><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing of laboratory equipment, consumables, or analytical instruments.</li><li>Proven ability to drive growth in mature or competitive markets.</li><li>Experience working on cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.</li><li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product strategies.</li><li>Project management and organizational skills with a track record of delivering results.</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).</li></ul><h4><strong>Education/Certifications:</strong></h4><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biology, Materials Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>EOE M/F/Vet/Disability</strong></p>
