Advancing High-Resolution Genomic Research With Targeted Sequencing

Generating sensitive, reproducible sequencing data from challenging pathogen samples can become increasingly difficult as studies scale and genomic complexity grows.
This webinar explores how targeted enrichment and automated library preparation can help researchers address these challenges in pathogen genomics.
Through studies of Plasmodium falciparum and Helicobacter pylori, discover approaches for investigating low-frequency variants, mixed populations, resistance-associated markers, virulence genes, and strain diversity. Gain practical scientific insights into applying hybrid capture and NGS to complex samples, including low-input and FFPE material, while supporting more scalable, reproducible pathogen genomics research.
Attend this webinar to:
- Discover how automation can streamline pathogen sequencing workflows and reduce hands-on time
- Learn how targeted enrichment enables sensitive detection of low-frequency variants and mixed populations
- Explore approaches for studying pathogen diversity, resistance-associated markers, and genomic characteristics with NGS
- See real-world applications of automated hybrid capture workflows in malaria and microbial genomics research
