Discover How CDMS Accelerates AAV Development and Reveals Deeper Viral Vector Insights

Better insights. Better decisions. Better gene therapies. Join experts from Lexeo Therapeutics and Waters to discover how Xevo™ CDMS is empowering gene therapy teams to optimize AAV manufacturing processes, uncover hidden vector heterogeneity, and gain deeper insights into emerging viral vectors, including Lentivirus, Adenovirus, and VLPs. Learn how advanced vector characterization enables more confident development decisions, accelerates process optimization, and helps bring higher-quality gene therapies to patients faster.

Why you should attend
  • Gain deeper insight into AAV vector quality by resolving empty, partial, full, and higher-order capsid populations, enabling more informed development and process decisions.
  • See how CDMS drives AAV process optimization through real-world application across manufacturing, purification, and scale-up, while complementing orthogonal techniques such as AUC and Mass Photometry.
  • Discover how CDMS expands to characterize emerging viral vectors such as adenovirus, lentivirus, and VLPs, driving improved quality assessment and faster development of next-generation genetic medicines.
This webinar is designed for:
  • Analytical scientists, process development teams, and CMC professionals seeking deeper insights into AAV vector quality, genome packaging, and process optimization.
  • Gene therapy researchers and viral vector developers working with AAVs, adenoviruses, lentiviral vectors, VLPs, and other emerging genetic medicine modalities.
  • Scientific leaders, technical decision-makers, and program stakeholders in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, CDMOs, CROs, and academic institutions who are evaluating advanced characterization strategies to accelerate development timelines and enhance product quality.

Speaker: Noah Miller-Medzon (Scientist, Lexeo Therapeutics)

Noah Miller-Medzon is a Scientist II at Lexeo Therapeutics and serves as the technical lead for downstream process development across the company's AAV gene therapy portfolio.

He has led the development of downstream purification processes across Lexeo's programs and focuses on process optimization, manufacturing scale-up, and the application of advanced analytical technologies to improve vector characterization, process understanding, and product quality.

Speaker: Erin M. Panczyk (Principal Scientist, CDMS Program, Waters Corporation)

Erin Panczyk is a Principal Scientist at Waters Corporation, supporting the CDMS program at the Immerse Cambridge facility.

She advances the scientific and commercial impact of the Xevo CDMS platform by collaborating with academic and industrial partners to characterize large, heterogeneous biomolecules including AAVs, protein complexes, and other biotherapeutics.

Previously a Research Scientist at Bruker Scientific, she contributed to the development and commercialization of emerging MS technologies. Her doctoral work focused on native MS instrument development, advancing SID and TIMS methodologies to characterize protein complex architecture and stoichiometry.
