Agilent Technologies: MassHunter Class 2.0: Smarter Workflows from Acquisition to Insight
Agilent Technologies: MassHunter Class 2.0: Smarter Workflows from Acquisition to Insight

In this webinar, we will explore the critical interplay between experimental design and acquisition strategy in untargeted analysis workflows. Learn how thoughtful sample selection and optimized data acquisition approaches impact the success of discovery-driven studies.

We will discuss how to select the most appropriate acquisition strategy for your study and how to optimize data-dependent acquisition (DDA) methods to generate high-quality MS/MS data, improve MS/MS coverage, and focus on the most relevant compounds. These best practices will help you develop robust and efficient acquisition methods while maximizing analytical insight.

Join us to discover how Agilent MassHunter software can help streamline your workflow and unlock the full potential of your data, enabling more confident and impactful discoveries in your next study.

Presenter: Anna Walke (LC/MS Application Engineer, Agilent Technologies)

Anna joined Agilent as an application specialist for LC/MS focusing on small molecules in life science and metabolomics applications. Previously, she developed LC/MS-based methods for clinical biomarker studies during her PhD in analytical chemistry and supported several fluorescence microscopy studies. Her background involves analytical chemistry, biochemistry, and food chemistry.

Presenter: Valerie Thibert (LC/MS Application Specialist, Agilent Technologies)

Valérie Thibert earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and continued her studies at Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris, where she obtained both a Master’s degree and a PhD in Analytical Chemistry. She has over 10 years of experience in developing LC/MS analytical solutions across life sciences, toxicology, clinical, and environmental applications. At Agilent Technologies, she serves as an LC/MS Application Engineer, supporting targeted and untargeted small-molecule analysis and helping laboratories implement advanced mass spectrometry workflows.
