LC/QTOF MassHunter Acquisition Software Session 1: Acquiring High-Quality Data and Optimizing MS Workflows for Targeted Analysis and Screening

This webinar introduces key principles for acquiring high-quality LC/QTOF data using MassHunter Acquisition Software, including reference mass correction, re-centroiding, and re-calibration. Participants will also learn how to optimize acquisition strategies such as PRM, All Ions, and Q-RAI, and how to transfer these workflows into MassHunter Quantitative Analysis for further evaluation and quantitation.

Presenter: Jonathan Spencer (Field Application Specialist LC/MS, Agilent Technologies)

Jonny studied BSc Natural Sciences at the University of Nottingham, where he divided his studies between chemistry and biochemistry. He went on to study MSc Forensic Science at Sheffield Hallam University. Following graduation, he spent 2 years as a Confirmatory Analyst in an anti-doping and forensic toxicology lab, before joining Agilent as an LC/MS Applications Scientist. At Agilent, he focuses on small molecule applications using LC/TQ and LC/QTOF in fields like food, forensic and environmental analysis.
