From R&D to GMP – How to Scale LNPs & PNPs Successfully

How do you preserve nanoparticle quality while increasing production by several orders of magnitude?
This webinar explores how Impingement Jets Mixing (IJM) and continuous manufacturing approaches enable robust scale-up of lipid and polymeric nanoparticles while maintaining particle size, PDI and encapsulation efficiency. We will also discuss downstream processing, purification and practical considerations for GMP manufacturing.
A live webinar presented by KNAUER in partnership with Curapath.
What you'll learn:
- How IJM and continuous manufacturing support scale-up from mL to GMP volumes while preserving critical quality attributes (size, PDI, encapsulation efficiency)
- Practical approaches to downstream processing and purification for lipid and polymeric nanoparticles
- Key considerations for transitioning nanoparticle production into GMP-compliant manufacturing
Who should attend:
- LNP/PNP application scientists in R&D
- Process development and manufacturing scientists working on nanoparticle scale-up
- Production and CMC customers preparing for GMP-scale manufacturing
- R&D and manufacturing leaders evaluating scale-up strategies
