Since his start at Waters in 2017, he has led the strategic vision, design, and deployment of the OneLab™ Software, a cloud-based platform that democratizes laboratory automation for scientists worldwide.

Guillaume initiated his professional journey as a UX/UI designer specializing in business software, where he pioneered user-centric design principles at a time when such approaches were still emerging beyond web marketing.
