Anson Lewis, Global Sales Manager at Tosoh Bioscience, will present the next edition of Tosoh Tuesday, a webinar series held by Chromatography Experts. On April 8, Marissa Heino, Product Manager Process Solutions, and Abbie Breton, Application Development Manager at Tosoh Bioscience, will demonstrate the advantages of multi-column chromatography (MCC) technology.

Batch purification leads to a substantial rise in expenses for end users, including costs of resin, buffers, and labor due to extended processing times. Advances in downstream mAb processing, such as multi-column chromatography systems, have proven effective in significantly lowering purification costs while increasing productivity. In this study, Marissa and Abbie highlight the advantages of MCC technology by showcasing a two-step purification platform using a benchtop MCC system to reduce adventitious viruses, with seamless scalability to production-scale MCC systems.
