Real-time multi-angle light scattering (RT-MALS) is a PAT that monitors fundamental biophysical product attributes like molar mass, size and titer, every second during downstream operations such as FPLC or UF/DF. For AAVs, RT-MALS also monitors the full capsid ratio.
