Watrex xTrovert XT is an automatic DNA/RNA extractor. It streamlines the extraction process, making it more efficient and reproducible.

Automatic extractor utilises a simple principle of two pipetting heads serving a 96-well plate.Thanks to easy replacement head options of pipetting with 300 μl tips or 1000 μl tips are available. Automatic optical sensor calibration enables the use of pipetting tips and 96-well plates from virtually any supplier. Although there are solutions for automatic SPE on classic column formats, robotic system for automation in 96-well SPE plates is not currently on the market.In addition to the 8-channel pipetting head, the robot is equipped with a gripper and a filling dispenser, which applies wash solutions to the SPE positions on the plate. Samplify™ Is a device which allows unattended sampling of a reaction mixture or bioprocess or continue in line flow by taking small amount of liquid from the monitoring mixture and collecting it in a vial or a 96 wells plate. It also allows to dilute the sample with assigned dilution ratio and can provide reaction quenching to preserve the sample state at time of sampling. It has two main components: an autosampler and a probe. The Samplify™ &nbsp;controlled and setup by a PC software.<h3>Description</h3>It is a common task in the lab to periodically sample a reactor or a fermenter to obtain information about reaction kinetic, completion and have a tangible representation of intermediate states of a dynamic process. This usually done manually with pipettes or syringes, using stopwatch to measure time and requires to be in the lab during the entire process.With Samplify it can be done in automated mode. When an automated sampling process is used it increases accuracy, safety, and productivity. The evaporative system, along with the standard flow control and pressure reducing regulator, enables the operator to achieve the desired level of concentration with efficient nitrogen usage. Our unique dual band spring hoist assembly ensures easy and effective operator use.Additionally, the 34 position N-EVAP includes a side control box, which provides timed and digitally controlled water bath temperatures to produce even evaporation rates. Organomation 45 Position N-EVAP Nitrogen Evaporator

Our 45-position nitrogen evaporator offers the largest number of sample positions in our N-EVAP line. 

Our 45-position nitrogen evaporator (Catalog # 11645) offers the largest number of sample positions in our N-EVAP line. The sample holder has dual circular rings. The outer ring has 30 positions and can accommodate samples with an outside diameter of 10-19 mm The inner ring has 15 positions and can accommodate samples with an outside diameter of 16-30 mm and a minimum height of 70 mm.This time-tested, durable system provides the least expensive price per position of all our N-EVAPs. The evaporative system, along with the standard flow control and pressure reducing regulator, enables the operator to achieve the desired level of concentration with efficient nitrogen usage. Our unique dual band spring hoist assembly ensures easy and effective operator use. Additionally, the 45 position N-EVAP includes a side control box. Timed, digitally controlled water bath temperatures provide even evaporation rates. The pressure regulator and timer combine to allow timed automatic gas flow cut off which slows evaporation to a minimum once the timed cycle has been completed.
