The Agilent MS40+ is a single-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane pump engineered for demanding laboratory mass spectrometry applications. Delivering a high pumping speed of 40 m³/h in a compact footprint, the MS40+ is the preferred foreline pump for LC/MS and ICP-MS instruments. Its integrated exhaust and oil filtration system with replaceable filter elements provides clean operation, excellent gas-handling capacity, and long-term reliability.
The inverter-driven motor allows speed control (1200–1620 rpm), enabling optimized performance, reduced energy consumption, and stable pressure control in the 10⁻² mbar range.
