The Bee Robotics B20™ is a semi-automated strip processor designed for laboratories with lower sample throughput that require precision, reliability, and convenience. Once samples are manually added, the instrument performs fully automated processing for up to 12 different pre-programmed molecular or Western blot assays.
Using reversible peristaltic pumps, the B20 dispenses reagents accurately and can automatically return unused reagent to the bottles, reducing waste. The incubation tray can rock, tilt, or stay level, ensuring uniform reagent distribution and optimal assay performance. An easy-to-use keypad interface with a display allows operators to select and run stored protocols efficiently.
The developed strips can be evaluated visually or scanned automatically using Bee’s AutoCam 48 system for digital image capture and third-party analysis.
