The Thermo Scientific™ MAbPac™ Reversed Phase column is specifically designed for high-performance reversed-phase (RP) HPLC and LC/MS analysis of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), fragments, variants, antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs), PEGylated proteins, and bispecific proteins. It provides superior resolution, long column lifetime, and minimal carry-over, making it an ideal choice for advanced biopharmaceutical characterization.
The column is packed with hydrophobic supermacroporous polymer particles based on divinylbenzene (DVB) and a phenyl stationary phase, offering excellent stability across the full pH range (0–14) and high-temperature conditions up to 110 °C. With a 1,500 Å pore size and 4 µm particles, it efficiently separates large biomolecules such as intact proteins and antibody subunits.
