Agilent G4216-68711 is an original InfinityLab upgrade kit designed to extend the maximum injection volume of the Agilent G4226A autosampler. The Large Volume Injection Kit uses an 80 µL extension seat capillary and increases the maximum injection volume to 100 or 120 µL, depending on the sample loop installed in the system.
The kit is designed for Agilent 1290 Infinity autosampler configurations and is also currently listed for 1290 Infinity II & III LC system compatibility. The nominal internal volume of the resulting seat capillary is 157 µL.
