Agilent G1376-60004 is an original 4 µL nano flow sensor designed for Agilent nano-LC pumps. The sensor forms part of the pump flow-control system and provides the feedback required for precise regulation of very low mobile-phase flow rates in nanoflow LC applications. It is documented for the Agilent 1260 Infinity Nanoflow Pump and earlier 1100 Series Nano Pump.
Function
The Nano Flow Sensor measures mobile-phase flow within the nanoflow pump hydraulic path and provides feedback for precise flow regulation.
Within the system, the sensor is located between:
- the electronically controlled proportional valve (EMPV),
- and the LC injection device.
Correct sensor performance is important for stable and reproducible nano-LC flow.
