Agilent G1376-60002 is a 100 µL flow sensor designed for Agilent capillary LC pumps. It is used for flow measurement and regulation in the extended flow-range configuration, enabling capillary pump operation at flow rates up to 100 µL/min when used with the appropriate system capillaries. It is an original Agilent LC service replacement part.
The sensor is documented for the Agilent 1260 Infinity Capillary Pump and earlier 1200 Series Capillary Pump platforms.
Function
The flow sensor measures mobile-phase flow downstream of the capillary pump and provides feedback for accurate flow regulation.
Within the hydraulic path, it is positioned between:
- the electronically controlled purge valve (EMPV),
- and the injection device.
Correct sensor operation is essential for stable and reproducible capillary-LC flow.
