The Agilent Technologies 1260 Infinity Bio-Inert Multisampler (G5668A) is an automated HPLC sampling module designed for precise and reliable injection of samples containing biomolecules such as proteins, monoclonal antibodies, and oligonucleotides. Its metal-free sample flow path, featuring a ceramic needle, PEEK needle seat, and stainless steel-clad PEEK capillaries, prevents direct contact between samples and metal surfaces while supporting operating pressures up to 600 bar.
The multisampler accommodates both vials and microtiter plates, with a maximum capacity of 6,144 samples depending on the drawer configuration. It provides a standard injection range of 0.1–100 µL with high injection precision. Optional Multiwash technology can reduce carryover to less than 9 ppm, while an optional sample thermostat enables temperature control for temperature-sensitive samples.
