This Agilent 1260 Infinity configuration is designed for analytical workflows requiring not only flexible quaternary gradients but also controlled sample temperature, reproducible column conditions, and comprehensive UV/Vis detection. The G1329B Standard Autosampler combined with the G1330B Thermostat maintains samples under controlled conditions throughout a sequence, while the G1316A stabilizes column temperature. The G4212B DAD then provides up to eight simultaneous chromatographic signals together with full UV/Vis spectral acquisition at rates up to 80 Hz.
