All while working in an environment where you will be supported, valued and rewarded for your performance.<h3>Account Manager</h3>This position is accountable for developing and implementing strategic area sales plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives for CMD instruments (IC, LC, LC-QQQ, GC, GC-QQQ, DFS, Orbitrap, AA, ICP, ICP-MS and Sample Prep) selling.<h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4><ul><li>Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic, territory, scientific research markets or for identifying and recruiting strategic partners to embed and/or resell company CMD products.</li><li>Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and informs customers of new product introductions.</li><li>Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans.</li><li>Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.</li><li>Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers. Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations</li><li>Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity</li><li>Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities</li><li>Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies</li></ul><h4>Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:</h4><ul><li>Bachelors or master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Science or Food Science.</li><li>Minimum 5 years solid industry experience which combining diversified experience includes but not limited to sales, channel management, etc. Familiar with Analysis market, key industry companies preferred.</li><li>Can manage multi-projects efficiently; plan and perform work in accordance with client requirements and professional standards.</li><li>Independent negotiate with channel partners, within given guidelines and objectives</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>High level presentation skills, strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills</li></ul>
