Achieving High-Resolution Separations of GLP-1 and Insulin-Related Impurities

As the development of GLP-1 generics and novel agonists continues to grow, complex impurity analyses can impact development timelines, especially when conventional columns lack the resolution needed to clearly separate critical impurities.

Why you should attend

Join us to learn about new analytical tools for reproducible, high-resolution separations of GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) and insulin-related impurities without relying on suppressive mobile phase additives. See how improved resolution can simplify method development and give you greater confidence in your results.

What you’ll take away
  • How to gain greater resolution for your GLP-1 RA and insulin impurity analysis separations
  • How to achieve up to 3x faster separations
  • How adjusting mobile phase conditions can alter selectivity and optimize separations
Who should attend

This webinar is designed for Companies working in analytical development, Process development, and R&D for GLP-1s, insulins, or complex peptides, CXOs dealing with GLP-1 RAs or insulin.

Presenter: Stephan M. Koza, Ph.D. (Senior Principal Scientist, Waters Corporation)

Stephan Koza has worked at Waters Corporation for over 10 years and has a primary focus on the use of LC, LC-MS, and sample preparation chemistries and columns for the analysis of biomolecules.

Prior to joining Waters, he had nearly twenty years of experience with biopharmaceutical characterization and analytical method development with Genetics Institute, Wyeth, and Pfizer.

Stephan received his doctorate in analytical chemistry at the University of New Hampshire.
