Supporting Drug Discovery With Acoustic Ejection Mass Spectrometry

Generating high-quality screening and ADME data quickly enough to guide early drug discovery decisions can place significant demands on analytical workflows. Acoustic ejection mass spectrometry (AEMS) offers an alternative approach by combining contactless sample introduction with rapid, label-free mass spectrometric analysis.
In this webinar, explore its application to native mass spectrometry screening and microsomal intrinsic clearance assays through two early drug discovery case studies.
By attending, you will discover how these workflows enable direct molecular measurements at high throughput and gain practical insight into their performance and analysis times compared with conventional liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry workflows.
Attend this webinar to:
- Understand how AEMS, using the Echo® MS+ system, supports high-throughput label-free screening
- Hear how AEMS can be used for native mass spectrometry to directly direct non-covalent protein-ligand interactions at throughput suitable for high-throughput screening
- Learn how AEMS has been used for a microsomal intrinsic clearance assay, where dramatically reduced analysis times allow
- faster turnaround of ADME data
