Breakthrough Technology for Proteoform Profiling and Deep Proteoform Sequencing for Compositional and Structural Proteomics

What could you discover if you could see protein complexity at the level of individual proteoforms?
Join Neil Kelleher, PhD, Professor at Northwestern University and a pioneer in top-down proteomics, for a look at advances that are changing what scientists can measure, resolve, and sequence in complex protein samples.
Dr. Kelleher will explore how direct mass technology and individual-ion mass spectrometry are opening new possibilities for proteoform profiling and deep proteoform sequencing, with increased resolving power and sensitivity for intact protein analysis. Through examples involving endogenous antibodies, plasma proteoforms, neurodegeneration, and cancer, he will show how proteoform-resolved measurements can provide a more detailed view of human biology.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the live Q&A following the presentation.
Who should attend?
Scientists and researchers working in top-down and native proteomics, structural and compositional proteomics, biopharmaceutical and antibody characterization, plasma proteomics and biomarker research, neurodegeneration and oncology, and MS method development.
