MassHunter BioConfirm Workflows for Biomolecule Characterization

In this webinar, we will show how MassHunter BioConfirm supports biomolecule characterization workflows, including intact protein analysis (with DAR as option), protein digests, released glycans, and oligonucleotide analysis with TPI and SC. Through workflow-based examples, the session will highlight efficient data review and reliable result confirmation.

Presenter: Dr Christian Klein (Biopharma Application Specialist, Agilent Technologies)

With an education in Chemistry, Chris Klein received his PhD in 2005 at the Max-Planck-Institute for Biochemistry in Martinsried, Germany. After a PostDoc and 3 years as demo chemist and product specialist with Bruker Daltonics in California, Chris joined Agilent Technologies’s LC/QTOF R&D team in 2010 and took in 2018 the role as LC/QTOF and IM/QTOF Product Manager. In 2025 he returned to Germany as Biopharma Application Specialist in Waldbronn.

Presenter: Larissa Hoell (Application Specialist LC/MS, Agilent Technologies)

With an education in Biology, Larissa received her M.Sc. from Julius-Maximilians-University Würzburg in 2017, specialising in mass spectrometry and proteomics. After working with high-resolution mass spectrometry at the University of Regina in Canada and at Intertek, she joined Eurofins as Study Director for Residue Analysis. In 2025, Larissa joined Agilent Technologies in Waldbronn as a Pre-Sales LC/MS Application Specialist, supporting Biopharma and Life Science applications using LC/QQQ and LC/QTOF systems.
