  • How LDIR compares with other analytical techniques, including its key advantages and applications
  • How to automate the analytical workflow, from measurement through to data analysis and reporting
  • How the LDIR 8700 aligns with current and emerging regulatory requirements for microplastics analysis
Who should attend:
  • Microplastics researchers in academia and industry
  • Environmental Research Organizations
  • Public and private environmental testing laboratories

Presenter: Dr. Andreas Kerstan (Product Specialist, Agilent Technologies)

Dr Andreas Kerstan works as a product specialist for molecular spectroscopy at Agilent Technologies in Germany. After earning his PhD in 2011, he joined Agilent as an application chemist for FTIR and imaging, and two years later became a product specialist for the DACH region. For the past three years, he has also been responsible for the development of the new IR-based QCL imaging system, the LDIR 8700, which specialises in the analysis of microplastics.
